CUSTOMER SERVICE

● At Jodifl, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We promise prompt and courteous customer service for all customers' convenient shopping experience.

PAYMENT METHOD

● Jodifl accepts the following forms of payment:

CREDIT CARD (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover)

● We are currently not accepting any other form of payment.

PRE-AUTHORIZATION POLICY

● Orders are pre-authorized before start of procedure to ship.

BACK ORDERS / PRE ORDERS

● Back order / Pre Orders (currently out of stock with future delivery dates) items will be shipped as they become available. All orders will be shipped as soon as it reaches our facility unless customer states to call before shipping.

PRE-SALE CUSTOMERS

● If you sell merchandise before receiving it, we are not responsible if you do not receive it on time or if a style gets cancelled. We advise that you call our customer service department before placing your order. Thank you for your cooperation.

ETA DATES

● All ETA dates are subject to change and might take an additional two weeks for our warehouse to receive.

"CONTACT BEFORE SHIPPING" CUSTOMERS

● We will make the attempt to contact you three times. Please keep in mind that after the third attempt we will proceed with shipping. From this point on, your account will be considered a "ship without contact." We will not accept "items not approved to ship" as a valid reason for any returns.

SHIPPING HOUR

● All orders take 1-3 business days to ship out.

● Same day orders received after 2pm Pacific time will not be shipped that same day. Any requested orders will be attempted but not guaranteed shipment will be sent that same day. We thank you for understanding.

SHIPPING FEE

● Jodifl ships via UPS. Standard Shipping charges will apply to all orders.

● Shipments are sent out daily from Mondays through Fridays.

SHIPPING METHOD

● All orders are shipped through UPS. If you would like to request a different method of shipment we will accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that we will not be held accountable for any losses or damages resulting from other shipment methods.

● 3 Day Select (delivery by end of day)

● 2nd Day Air (delivery by end of day)

● 2nd Day Air AM (delivery by 10:30 am)

● Next Day Air Saver (delivery by 3pm)

● Next Day Air (delivery by 10:30am)

● Next Day Air Early AM (delivery by 8:30am) - most expensive

Notice to All Customers:

● By signing/submitting this Purchase order, you are agreeing to pay for and receive all of the merchandise on your order.

● Any duplicate styles/orders will be processed as is, unless notified.

● Each shipment may have two credit card transactions.

● Please verify all information is current and up to date. If any information changes, it is the customers responsibility to contact show@jodifl.com with the updates.

● When your order is on hold for a pending payment or approval, the items are not guaranteed to be available by the time you send your approval to authorize and start the process of the order.

● All cancellations/changes to your Purchase Order are to be submitted via email as soon as possible to info@jodifl.com

 If you do not receive a confirmation for the changes you submitted within 2 business days, it is your responsibility to contact us and confirm we have received your request.

● Start Ship Dates are subject to change without notice.

● If no payment information is provided at the show please call our main office and provide your payment as soon as possible.

● In the case payment information is missing or credit card declines on two separate orders, AND we are unable to get in contact with the customer on both instances, we will have to cancel the remaining pending styles.

 We will make two attempts to contact you when merchandise becomes available: via email and phone call, if no payment/approval has been received within 3 business days your order will be voided for you.

● After notification for payment or approval we cannot hold merchandise for longer than 24 hours.

● All orders are processed and shipped through UPS with standard shipping as soon as the merchandise arrives. (NO USPS)
